SHIPPING

We pay a lot of attention to all shipping processes: we rely on the best national and international courier companies to guarantee the highest level of service.

We are very happy to offer free shipping to all national orders that are higher than 90 €. The free shipping will be calculated at the time of check out.

The shipping fee for orders going to Italy is 8 € and 15 € for orders going everywhere in Europe for a maximum of 20 kgs weight. In case your order will weight over the standard you will be contacted by our logistic team.

The shipping fee includes postage and packing charges.

The packing and management charges are fixed, but the postage charges vary depending on the weight and volume of the shipment. We strongly advise to group all the articles in into one order. Unfortunately it won’t be possible for us to group two separate orders once you have already paid, so you will then be charged shipping fees for each order made.

The parcels are usually sent out in 2 working day from the receipt of payment and they will be shipped with the best tracked courier, no signature needed on delivery.

We aim to get your parcels delivered in the time stated on our website, but there may be delays beyond our control caused by third parties. We will provide a tracking number or link for you to be able to keep track of your shipment.

The boxes and packaging used are suitable for your orders and items are well protected.
